This mod is buggy afterall, considering it only had one update after it was released.

Once you have these items, place them on the Gargoyle (it'll be like placing objects in a chest or fridge) and I think the quest will be completed and you'll get your reward. The werewolf blood that the Stonecutters quest gives you is in the fridge of the Tremere safehouse. The werewolf blood is not the same one from the quest that Lacroix gives you. That's if you did read the emails and got the quest log updated. Read the emails and stuff, and you'll learn more about it and it will also lead you to Confession where (I think) you have to break the boxes where the entrance is and it should have a letter on the floor. The passwords for the computer are in the same room where you kill him at. How far did you get into the quest? If you're still at the beginning then you need to hack the PC that's in Stanely Gimble's building.
